Cisco UC Self Care Portal – Call Forwarding
To  set up call forwarding from your Cisco phone, you may do so via the Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal.  If off campus, please install and connect to the GlobalProtect VPN prior to setting up the call forwarding.

The Cisco Personal Communications Assistant (PCA) provides users with access to the Cisco Unity web tools, which allow users to manage messages and personal preferences in Connection.  If off campus, please install and connect to the GlobalProtect VPN prior.

Cisco IP Communicator / Soft Phone
Cisco IP Communicator / Soft Phone is a program that allows users part of a call center system to access their office phone configuration from a remote location.  If off campus, please install and connect to the GlobalProtect VPN prior to installing the program.  At this time, this program is only available for Windows operating systems.
