Thank you for visiting the SCSU HelpDesk Website. Please read the documentation posted below for the beginning of semester requests and information. We have made some changes to the website and to the support structure since last semester. Some changes include RSS feeds and Mobile accessibility to the website, a new HelpDesk phone menu, and a new eLearning Vista online classroom platform. Also, we are starting the process of merging the ResNet and Telecomm websites into the HelpDesk website to provide a single source of information for various IT services.

The HelpDesk website has recently installed two new features available to the community.
RSS 2.0: Now equipped with an RSS feed, the information and outages posted on the HelpDesk website are easily accessible using your RSS reader.
MOBILE WEBSITE: The other new feature available on the HelpDesk website is a mobile version. Accessing the HelpDesk site from your Smartphone or PDA just got easier!

This document explains how to reset your Windows password for use in the computer labs and on Clean Access Agent. It documents how to properly use the Windows Password reset form on the left.
To reset your Windows password you need a few vital pieces of information. You will need your MySCSU username, Southern ID card and birthdate. ALSO, be patient and read the information that is posted to you AFTER you complete this form as it is important to your next login attempt.
